These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the internal business applications operated by Anchor Millworks LLC, doing business as Tech 2000 Woodworks (“Tech 2000 Woodworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Production Portal and related software (collectively, the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Internal Business Use
The Application is a private, internal tool provided for the business operations of Tech 2000 Woodworks. It is made available only to authorized employees, owners, and contractors of Tech 2000 Woodworks (“Authorized Users”) and is not offered to the general public.
2. Authorized Users
Access requires valid credentials issued and managed by Tech 2000 Woodworks and is controlled through single sign-on. Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts. Access may be granted, restricted, or revoked at any time.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
The Application integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to read and record financial and operational data belonging to Tech 2000 Woodworks — for example, purchase orders, vendor and customer records, invoices, and related documents — solely to support Tech 2000 Woodworks’ own internal accounting, purchasing, and production workflows. The Application accesses this data only with the authorization of Tech 2000 Woodworks and uses it only for these internal business purposes. It does not sell this data or share it with unauthorized third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
Authorized Users agree to use the Application only for legitimate Tech 2000 Woodworks business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, interfere with the Application’s operation, or use the Application to store or transmit unlawful or infringing material.
5. Data and Privacy
Information handled by the Application is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Business and financial data processed through the Application remains the property of Tech 2000 Woodworks.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Tech 2000 Woodworks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tech 2000 Woodworks does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech 2000 Woodworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Application.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
